“Hello everyone, ok here is my review for my 2016 suv tahoe lt 4 x 4 , so my air conditioning went out when it was like 105 , I took it to tri valley car service center, and spoke to Derek and Evan, the same day it blew out, anyhow they did great job and got it back in like two full days of work , super cold like ice, did cost due to changing all the main parts like compressor and condenser but it is done, one thing I like about this shop.is, they have a super nice shop and very clean and the cars are not pilled up close to each other, so no door dings or scratches, or grease hand prints all over the inside or fenders nope none of that, that means a lot to me and am sure you feel the same way, you get peace of mind knowing that they will take care of your care like you would , most shops will not do that even the dealer, i was at the dealership last year they put grease prints all over my suv , anyhow so do i recommend tri valley car service center in livermore ca, yes ask for Derek or Evan,”

Only thing, if they take your car for a test drive, go with them. Because to my knowledge, 20 mins to see if brakes work is excessive, the car comes back all the windows are down at the exact same level. Tech was enjoying that test drive. Update 7/16/26: I don't understand owner response saying thank you for your support when I clearly had an issue there with their tech taking my car for a little joy ride. So many negative comments from my followers agreeing with me. I guess the review was not read entirely.”

“Saturday July 18 my dad and I were traveling from Santa Rosa, CA to Phoenix, AZ and broke down in the area. All the places I called were either closed or couldn't get us in until Monday. We were towed to a Walmart and couldn't make it to the shop. Luis said he would be to us within 2 hours since we called him before noon. And he was. He had to rewire the battery terminals and some grounds that were shorting out. Took him 3-4 hours. He was a total life saver. We can't thank him enough.
