She just told me to make an appointment for another day.
I did come in without an appointment, but I explained that my tire was losing air quickly and I do not live near the store.
I realize that there were other customers, but I was kind of stranded. I'm 75 and I'm really reliant on a working car.
After a lot of pushing, she finally went and got her manager.
He told me that he would fix the tire if I wanted to wait until late in the evening, which I could not do, but at least it was an offer to help.
I have a portable air compressor in my trunk, so I left and stopped every few minutes to fill the tire until I got home.
Then I called to make an appointment, and the woman wanted me to leave my car overnight. Again, not an option. So more pushing and she told me that if I would come at 7:30 in the morning they would repair my tire.
Finally, I made it back to the shop using the portable compressor.
Overall, the shop took care of me and did good work.
The woman at the front though, was very cold, unsympathetic, and not really interested in finding a solution for me.
I would give the manager 5 stars and the front desk 1”
“Nicky at the front is super nice, thanks for the chat while I waited for my car. Brought my car in for rear rotors and pad replacement. Brakes work fine, job done right, cost is reasonable. Only thing, if they take your car for a test drive, go with them. Because to my knowledge, 20 mins to see if brakes work is excessive, the car comes back all the windows are down at the exact same level. Tech was enjoying that test drive.
Update 7/16/26: I don't understand owner response saying thank you for your support when I clearly had an issue there with their tech taking my car for a little joy ride. So many negative comments from my followers agreeing with me. I guess the review was not read entirely.”

“I needed to replace a tire and I was recommended to Kevin Martinez for tire service. I was helped by Thomas and he did a great service over all. Both team members were super friendly and accommodating to helping me the same day I call. They have different price options and really give what you need! Other places I called didn’t have time the same day or needed to schedule an appointment which they didn’t have till next week. I called Saturday around 3 drop off my car around 4:30 and was out by 5”
