My experienced today at the post office Livermore was amazing. One of the employee who works there was very helpful and very nice. His name was Patrick. He helped me out through my passport process even though I’m a little bit confused . I just want to say a big thanks for Patrick!

Why was the design of the drive up mail box changed. The slot is too far back. It is impossible for my wife to mail anything without getting out of the car. This will be a mess when it rains
