“This credit union is a "5" out of 5! caring, competent, friendly, efficient, and effective. Today, for example, the service was beyond my expectations. I had called 2 days ago and requested statements from closed accounts. today, I arrived at 4:45 pm with my family, who were warmly welcomed. before 5:00 pm, I left with 25 pages of statements, and Laura, head banker, even had a dispute form ready to be signed when I arrived!”
“I can not believe I am only the second person to write a review on MOORE'S AUTOMOTIVE! I think the owner Jim is the best mechanic in California. He must spend his leisure time reading tech manuals. He knows more as a general mechanic than any other I have met. He must love his line of work. I try to do all my wrenching myself as I am so picky, but I trust Jim cause he knows way more {his last name is Morre, right} and is just as picky. Only trouble is that all his customers feel this way, so you may have to wait in line for his expertise!”

“Ethel was amazing! I've had chase bank for multiple years now, and I've never been so pleased .I went to make a claim on my account due to fraud and as we all know that's not a pleasant thing. Before I went to the branch, I called to make a claim over the phone a day before, and they took care of it, but I got charged again so I decided to go into the branch this time and I am so glad I did. Ethel explained everything in detail and help me create a new account within seconds . She literally went above and beyond for me. I live in Modesto, but I will drive to Turlock just because of the great customer service. Thanks again Ethel !”

“I'm not a fan of Wells Fargo because of where they put their money HOWEVER I am too lazy to switch banks and they are convenient. I had a good experience with a banker named Sara at this branch so now it's the only branch I go to, even though the tellers are ridiculously slow. Sara is nice and helpful and somehow remembers my name when I come in.”
“I hate going into banks but this one is not so bad. The few tellers I've had have been nice and since I go in during the week at non-peak hours, I haven't had to wait in line for an absurd amount of time. I've always managed to find parking but like I said I do go during non-peak hours. I'll keep going to this branch until they piss me off and when that happens I'll update my review.”

“I've been a client toWestamerica for quite some time now and learned a lot from when to go and what is needed at the bank. Yes I agree with a lot of you that there are times that the lines are long and tellers are limited. So for me I try to keep it at the ATM as far as cash goes. When it comes to getting your balance or monthly statement its best to go on line if you have the app or some other access like laptop/home computer. On weekends it can drastically be overwhelming. Especially at first moments opening (also on some days during the week m-f) if your time grants it try going in at 10-1130am in this way you miss that a.m. traffic m-f. And possibly slightly earlier on Saturdays like930-1030am it doesn't always work that way on Saturdays. Its more of a hit or miss kind of day due to the limited hours. Pick and choose your hrs as you see fit but it works for me.”
