“I went to F&M Bank and unfortunately had the worst customer service experience. As a USAA customer, I don’t have the luxury of walking into my own branch to pull out money, so I rely on other banks when I need to withdraw a large amount. After leaving that experience upset, I went to Bank of Stockton on my way to see my mom, who is currently fighting cancer.
When I explained my situation to Karen, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. The transaction was quick and easy, but more importantly, she treated me with compassion and respect. After being treated so poorly at the previous bank, it truly meant a lot to be welcomed with care and professionalism.

“Can get pretty busy here. Sometimes the line is long and not enough tellers but they do have some new tellers that are doing well. Candace was all alone one day with a line but she managed to get through it without any help. She was patient and polite with every customer despite some of them being rude. “I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I’m always treated with respect. I originally came in because my Dad had been coming to do his banking here and opening up the occasional CD account. I met Gill during a visit while attending Dads account and he helped me start my own CD at an exceptionally good rate at that time. He actually remembered my Dad. I have returned to renew my CD here and each time I’m attended to quickly and respectfully. I also enjoy the ease of their online bill pay, easy to learn and use.
