“Leaving a review only because I see so many negative ones. Good bank, great online banking app! I have a few accounts with them, personal and business. Friendly staff at the Lodi location. Only complaint is the ATMs, but that’s at all locations. They seem to be getting better but were down a lot and take a while. Other than that, solid bank.”
“The F & M Bank branch in Linden, CA, is staffed by some of the friendliest people I have encountered in my lifetime of banking and that has been a long time. Plus, in the time we have been banking with F & M Bank, there has never been a foul-up of any kind with our accounts. Great staff and great service works out to be a great bank.”
“I went to F&M Bank and unfortunately had the worst customer service experience. As a USAA customer, I don’t have the luxury of walking into my own branch to pull out money, so I rely on other banks when I need to withdraw a large amount. After leaving that experience upset, I went to Bank of Stockton on my way to see my mom, who is currently fighting cancer.
When I explained my situation to Karen, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. The transaction was quick and easy, but more importantly, she treated me with compassion and respect. After being treated so poorly at the previous bank, it truly meant a lot to be welcomed with care and professionalism.

“Best credit union out of them all. I had Golden 1 for five years until unfortunately my account was closed for being overdrawn at no fault of my own. At that time, times were hard and I only made about $250 a week at my job. I couldn't afford to drive my car that's how bad it was! I had a couple of bills that I forgot to cancel so they overdrew my account and I just didn't have the means to cover the funds. But I love this bank and will be coming back again one day.”

“Can get pretty busy here. Sometimes the line is long and not enough tellers but they do have some new tellers that are doing well. Candace was all alone one day with a line but she managed to get through it without any help. She was patient and polite with every customer despite some of them being rude. Grateful anytime she helps me.”

“I came in first thing in the morning when they just opened , was greeted with the Upmost respect from the branch manager I believe she was, I forgot her name , and then almost immediately Nancy called me over to start my bank acct she was so nice and understanding she made my first experience at BOA amazing . I was in there for no longer then 15 minutes she was super fast and answered every single question I had . And emailed me after the visit letting me know if I had any other questions or in the future needed assistance I can make an appointment with her , very professional and accommodating. “Definitely a great group of people working at this branch . Every time there has been issues they are quick to fix the problem . Not happy with bmo in general but they are doing there best in the branch to deal with and learn all the new changes since they switched over. Marisol and Alicia do a great job as well keeping the placing going and are very patient and kind. No complaints from me.”
