“I went to F&M Bank and unfortunately had the worst customer service experience. As a USAA customer, I don’t have the luxury of walking into my own branch to pull out money, so I rely on other banks when I need to withdraw a large amount. After leaving that experience upset, I went to Bank of Stockton on my way to see my mom, who is currently fighting cancer. When I explained my situation to Karen, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. The transaction was quick and easy, but more importantly, she treated me with compassion and respect. Only complaint is the ATMs, but that’s at all locations. They seem to be getting better but were down a lot and take a while. Other than that, solid bank.”

“My only complaint with this bank is they closed all the Stockton branches and now I have to go to Lodi for my banking. They also stopped staying one day a wk open til 6pm. With my work schedule it’s hard to make it to the branch by 5pm. I’ve been a customer for years and I have never ever had bad experience with this bank. The tellers always know me by name and so helpful. I love my bank, just wish they had more branches for convenience purposes.”

“I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I’m always treated with respect. I originally came in because my Dad had been coming to do his banking here and opening up the occasional CD account. I met Gill during a visit while attending Dads account and he helped me start my own CD at an exceptionally good rate at that time. He actually remembered my Dad. I have returned to renew my CD here and each time I’m attended to quickly and respectfully. I also enjoy the ease of their online bill pay, easy to learn and use. Gill, as well as the whole team there seems to want to bend over backwards to accomplish my tasks. I will continue to return to this bank in the future.”
