“Great Staff and Cleanliness
Been using this since 2020 with my boyfriend and have truly enjoyed keeping our stuff here. Meghan and Lilliana are superb staff at this location. We did move out of the city for a year and used another storage company, but it definitely was not the same. When we decided to move back, we immediately agreed to use StorQuest at this Loma Linda location because we’ve had such a good experience with Meghan. I also see security and the staff clean often when we’re here which is lovely to see. And every-time there has been an issue with the gate, they have done a great job of getting it fixed quickly. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to store your items.”

“I got amazing service. The guy who helped me purchase the unit over the phone was so nice and walked me through everything. When I went to my unit for the first time the office staff was really kind and helpful. She was not normally assigned to that office but was super friendly, helped me find my unit, and showed me how to use the lock. I highly recommend Extra Space storage to others =) <3”

“really felt good leaving here honestly which is rare for a storage place. the lady at the front was super helpful even when i showed up later than i planned and had a million questions about sizes and access stuff. place is clean and i NEVER had any issues with the gate codes or anything which i was half expecting.
parking was easy and the unit i got was bigger than i thought for what i paid for so no complaints. already thinking about storing some more stuff if i ever need extra room.”
