“Its an experience here, from having to loan the cart a quarter to use down to bagging your own groceries. its always a hit or miss with the store, if you go early before opening there is always a line if eager shoppers waiting for the doors to open. Do you guys remember that old Mervyn's commercial what's the lady waiting for the store to open flashing her hands at the door saying Open open open open open open open yeah these are those people. The customers are always nice enough to give you their cart when they are done if your short a quarter. The sales aren't bad but it's definitely first come first serve as they run out quickly. I do like how they constantly changing what they have in stock. But I think the best thing about the store is the security guard. This woman is always in a good mood always happy always smiling and always puts a smile on my face. Her great attitude is contagious!!”
“By far a great place to come and grab a quick authentic delicious Vietnamese grub!! .they have a very delicious Vietnamese tea!! Everytuing is super fresh and very cheap! With less then 10 dollars you will be full!! A great whole in the wall kind of place!! Highly recommendable!”

“I had a great experience at Cardenas Market. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, meats, and authentic Hispanic products. The employees were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Eusabia was able to tell I didn’t know where I was looking and what was looking for. Until she helped me out with getting the right ingredients for the meal I wanted to prepare. Checkout was quick and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I will definitely be returning and would recommend Cardenas Market to anyone looking for quality groceries and excellent customer service.”

“I have been going to this store for 5 ish yrs now after work. I usually get good deals few yrs ago, but with this inflation. I don’t get to find any deals.
I gave this store a 5 star because I accidentally left my iPhone 13 pro max on a shelve. After few mins I made a round trip around aisles, self checked out, & got to my car. There I realized I did not have my phone. I returned to retrieve it, but it wasn’t there anymore.
I asked the security guard, an African American gentleman if he could checked their CCTV
[I can call my sibling to track my phone location since I added couple fam members to track my location on their contact list]. Then he asked me, what’s the description of my phone if it matched. A customer found it & handed it to the store. I thanked the security & wanted to thanked the person personally, but s/he already left the store. I’d pay it forward if someone left their things.
A few days later, I got the test in life when I went to busy TJ Max. With people come & go in one busy main entrance, I left after my purchased & returned my cart at the entrance. I was the only one at the main door exiting, and I found a small purse that was left in cart. I immediately returned to the store to report & handed the purse to the cashier who helped me. In case the owner returned & asked for it.”

“Great store , found everything I needed except linaza , it was hard for me to walk since I’m older. so an employee offered to bring it to me but I wanted to know where to find it so she walked me to it . Was very patient and we talked about the benefits of linaza. Amazing woman and great customer service . She brought a shopping cart for me so I wouldn’t carry my stuff . “Comparing to the Aldis in Rialto, they need to be trained from THIS Aldis. Here the workers are patient even when they have a long line. They know how to manage the carts at the cashier area. Instead of forcing customers to take their items while throwing the next customers items in the same cart , they put our items in the cart and let us take it to bring back after we bag it. Im greeted with a smile in the very least and at least told thank you and to enjoy my day rather than having no communication and treated disrespectfully.”

“I shop here often, this place has prob the best deal on fresh baked bolillos, Like 50 cents still. The produce is good too, like a solid selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.
I like that they sell various candles. They got the typical, Jesus candles w/ a prayer to Jesus. Or the Virgin de Guadalupe candle with the Hail Mary, printed on the back. They even got those fat candles that take like a week or so to burn. Those are really good for fighting spiritual battles and what not. The last one I lit cracked halfway through and kept burning. Pretty solid builds.
The meat department is pretty solid too. They use the number system which is nice. The butchers are also really friendly.
They also have an app for coupons like I guess everyone apparantly also has now. Its convenient, good deals a lot of the times. I would recommend people who shop here get it.”
