I called the store and spoke to the manager, Ricardo about our concern. He listened. He was respectful and understanding. I felt heard and satisfied with the situation. But it wasn't over. Ricardo took the time and care to follow up with me and the kids. An associate of the store, Raul, delivered projects for our boys as well as beautiful poinsettias! We are blown away at the concern and care given to our communication this morning. Thank you Ricardo and Raul!”

“I can't say enough about the service and knowledge of our sales representative Vincent. We explained that we have a small laundry closet, gave him some measurements and he had a recommendation. It did not stop there, he asked for photos of the laundry closet showing tape measurements to make sure that what he was suggesting would fit. He called right away and assured me that the washer and dryer would fit and that these units were the best value not by price but longevity. I would definitely recommend stopping by and doing business here.”

“From when I walked into the store I knew I was glad I went to Howard's. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, led me to the products I was interested in and gave me my space to decide. I purchased a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The payment and delivery schedule was seamless. The delivery and set up was performed by two different knowledgeable pairs of technicians. They contacted me via text and phone for delivery confirmation and arrived at the scheduled times. He's always very timely in his follow up and house visits, full of knowledge and guidance, and does a great job of repairing, tweaking and fixing whatever we've thrown at him. “I'm so surprised that blue air has no reviews because we purchased an icemaker for a business that was leaking and normally a company, in our vent experience with other companies, we at times dealt with sweat the customer (us) - or try fix in the unit first with perhaps failed attempts and then we're down in this case our ice machine without any ice. We called and the tech came out the same day to assess the machine and the next day they just gave us a new machine installed it very professionally took the old one away. No hassle no haggling no this or that no finger-pointing that I was by looking forward to or would normally get from another company. (Apology but im somewhat effected from past experience with companies backing their product). So refreshing and super appreciated by us we will definitely use them again and would recommend them for sure to anyone.”

“Gotta love Costco!! Best gas and car wash prices! But they should install vacuums for the car wash.Wow— Their staff is so kind and patient!! I came in here at about 7:00 on a Friday night. You know I was not done shopping at 8:30 when they closed. ??I asked an employee about it, and she said they “sweep” the store starting at the back and work their way to the front (gently “guiding “ all the customers to the front—my words; I don’t mean anything negative by that?.) So I knew I could continue shopping until I was spoken to. ???????So that’s what I did!!??????I was able to get through almost the entire north section of the store before I got spoken to. ($600 later!!!)A young man “caught” me and very politely and apologetically said, “I’m sorry ma’am, we’re closed.” I began laughing and said, “Ok it’s cool. You tell me where you want me to go—a cashier line or self checkout?”He showed me the self-checkout to go to, and of course I had so much stuff that I needed help at least four times!The young man that was staffing that area was also very kind, helpful, and patient. The lady at the next register and I had gotten into a conversation as we were scanning our items. I had become so engrossed in what she was saying that I took my phone out to write some notes.This employee waited very patiently for a break in the conversation to ask me for my payment card. I felt a bit bad because I hadn’t realized he was waiting for me for that. But he was very nice about everything.So even though I spent $600, I feel much better after my Costco therapy—it helps a lot after a long, hard week at work!!The optical department has really hard workers, too. They wanted to make sure that all of us got served before closing. I told the lady, “You can only do one thing at a time.” It bothers me when companies pressure people like that because I know what that’s like. I’ve been living that for 30 years at my jobs.My thought is, “If they don’t get to me before they close, then it’s my fault for not getting here earlier.”Also, regarding optical: without insurance, they’re going to charge me $200 for lenses that my other optometrist charged me $479 with insurance!!But I want to get a luxury brand for my next pair of glasses, and this Costco doesn’t have many frames by luxury brands.However, the optician said that they have tons of different frames in the back. So their selection will change by the time I come back with my prescription, which I’ve already gotten recently elsewhere.But Costco now has a virtual try-on for frames online. It look’s like it should work very well, and I’m looking great to trying out. I’m hoping to get some frames by Louis Vuitton, Prada, Dior, etc,GREAT JOB, COSTCO!!!!!!”

“Good prices, knowledgeable staff willing to help you get the right part! My heater blower motor died just before a birthday dinner party. With their help I got the correct motor for a 50 year old heater, Kevin even reviewed the pictures I had and checked the fit of the new motor. It did require a rubber adapter to fit in the old frame. They gave me a good price and had the new motor in 1 day. It was a fairly easy install and my heater is back up and running in time for my party. You might find parts cheaper on Amazon but will it be the right part? How would you handle a return? Will amazon give you any advice? Working with a local company is SO much better.”

They were helpful and polite even when it was hot and they were being called to go somewhere else. These 2 were great employees, treat them well Home Depot.”

“I purchased a pan (B263) to replace the old one in September and a week later I found the old rice cooker was beyond the repair. So I bought a new rice cooker a week later and tried to contact the customer service to return the pan. After two forms filed online within 4 weeks, there has not been any feedback or confirmation from them. Later the service showed they sent confirmation twice but I did not receive them. False alarm.”

My mom means the world to me when I first one here I thought of myself then I realize they have some bomb washer and dryers for family college student needs clean clothes all the time. I thought I was going to get rejected I thought I was gonna be denied then faith change dramatically. One thing I wouldn't do is deny payments because when you fall behind he gets difficult so the Aaron's club for good reasons gives you assurance. Thank you urns for giving me a second opportunity in this credit-based system that is imperative to succeed in America. FYI you have the option to pick up your items instead of delivery if you choose they give you a waiver. It's located on Crenshaw and imperial inside the shopping center next to Jack-in-the-Box and they also have a smoke shop there for those who enjoy tobacco do we mention five guys or even a grocery store. As far as the furniture they have anywhere from PlayStation five Xbox series X off the top employees here are pretty cool I have a friend that works here been on them for 30+ years.”
