“Great Price for a truck reader. The item was tagged clearence but didn't have a clearence price. The guy marked it down 20% I would have liked 38% off but it will pay for itself the first time I use it. The only thing is when you buy the truck code reader it is not activated until you call the number and give them your email. I had to download and update the device before I could use it”

“Staff is very nice. Though I haven't required too much advice while shopping here, the staff seem helpful and knowledgeable. They do have a variety of most products. However, there was one ot two instances where they carried similar parts but not the one or the size I needed.”

My mom is in town from AZ helping me organize, decorate, & build so we needed several random items (& a couple of trips to this store) & they made us feel beyond welcome, (& like friends) & helped with ideas as well as how to execute them, &&& they advised us both to become members (which we did). “I sent some emails asking questions and they were answered very quickly with the information I requested. I loved the quick response which then led me to go to the location to get my 5lb co2 tank filled. The service was fast got in and out in about 15 min there were 2 customers before me. I Will likely come back if I get another tank or when my current one empties in a year or so.”

“So glad to have Lunada Bay Hardware in our community! This charming hardware store is jam-packed with everything you need to repair and improve your home. They have a complete line of cleaning supplies and tools you just can't find at big box stores. Not only do they have A ton of garden tools, gloves, and supplies for my gardening efforts but they have ladders and step stools and things that are easy to pick up here and not go out of town to get. If you're looking for something to make your home better then I would suggest going here first, The people here are great and I bet if they don't have what you want they can get it for you! I say shop local and shop here!”

“Needed part for 43 year old tub faucet cartridge valve seat and Home Depot sent the wrong part. Went to Torrance Industrial Hardware (ACE Hardware). And found the valve seat but had to purchase a stem and valve seat combo to get the right ones. They didn't carry the valve seats as a separate set like you used to be able to get. So had to pay $9 each where use to buy them for $2-$4 per set. But they had them available so was able to make the wife happy!😄”

“I have Learned Lumber for years on various fence and deck projects. And they are AWESOME!!!! I typically talk with Craig who has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere - better than a 5 Star hotel! They are quick to answer your questions and guide you to the best material for your job. Specifically we buy a lot of NewTechWood Composite decking boards from them (way better customer service than anyone else who sells it). We also buy a variety of wood products. Occasionally we need a pretty custom wood and Craig will call his contacts and source it from the craziest places - just because he cares. This is a FANTASTIC business. They have great material. They have fair prices. Most importantly they have great people. If you are doing a project in the South Bay - or anywhere else in Los Angeles or Orange County.
