I had a great experience at Pacific Sales yesterday in Torrance. Ali Morin was my sales rep and she spent a lot of time with me(probably an hour and a half) and helped me figure out which refrigerator was the best for our kitchen. I also needed a dishwasher and she was super on the ball.

2 wonderful gentlemen, DuShun and Daniel who listened to the month- long problem with the faulty gas burner and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Hooray to both!
