And you know what he said “It can be fixed” I won’t lie I cried a lil bit. Not only did he fix it… he was able to fix it the SAME DAY!!! His professionalism is why we will NEVER take anything that needs to be fixed, that he can fix, ANYWHERE else! And you shouldn’t either!!! He explained what needed to happen. Went to the location off PCH and Normandie and were not open when the regular hours of operation are posted on their store front door.
Store is clean and has a much more appealing showroom of their cell phones than a few other locations.

Freddy, Brian, and Marlene all have what I wish there were more of in young people, particularly at stores, a natural respect giving service above and beyond! They never once made me feel I was taking up their time asking questions that seniors would trouble younger people in many cases have that learned instilled into them with electronics at a very young age. They will see later in life, they too will be outdated with something and ask the young for help as I did at their age with a kiosk and first computers. “Cricket is a nice alternative to MetroPCS. Ever since T-Mobile took over metro the service has dramatically declined. T-Mobile does not back Metro at all. Cricket is an AT&T company service cell service is the same. But customer service is better.”
