Other than that, the gentleman who came to assist was professional, and very helpful. FYI the charge extra $3 for credit card use.”

“Amazing customer service. My phone was stolen a week ago, and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to recover the phone number. I have a prepaid service with Simple Mobile, and I was worried because I’ve had the same number for many years, and it’s tied to all of my important accounts online. The owner was extremely helpful and professional. I am so grateful. He was able to speak to the prepaid company on my behalf, and transfer the number to a new chip which I then inserted into another old temporary iPhone in the meantime. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this cell phone store. They have many services and plans, and the service definitely is 5 stars. God bless you. Gracias. “I went to Tmobile store looking for a pin device to remove the sim card to reinstall to a phone they had sent me. I was a bit shocked when the rep said I would have to buy a phone because that's the only way they get them. Or I can go on Amazon to buy a bundle. I left the store a bit disappointed and thought I would try another place. I ran across ESM and proceeded to ask the gentleman at the counter if they had any. Without hesitation he went to the back and brought one out. When I asked him how much, he said nothing. Might be something simple but i was very grateful. He could have told me to bug off and I wouldn't have blamed him. True customer service and if I lived in area or anywhere in vicinity I would 100% give him my business. Those big corporate stores have forgotten what true customer service is and it's very refreshing to know that it still exists with the local small businesses such as EMS. Thank you very much and if I'm in need of repairs and I am in Southern California, you definitely have my business!”

Went to the location off PCH and Normandie and were not open when the regular hours of operation are posted on their store front door.
Store is clean and has a much more appealing showroom of their cell phones than a few other locations.
Customer care and service are excellent and will continue coming back to this location.”
