You can also request to hold items after purchase until your shipper picks up. This is a biased review because I’m a vendor here, but look around. The prices are better than Santa Monica or Pasadena, and it’s subjectively a better shopping experience.”

“The staff have always been welcoming & helpful, but I started to question their work when my watch started loosing time despite having changed the battery earlier that year. At first I thought they'd given me a bad battery & planned to go elsewhere only to find the next closest shop was an expensive jewler that required appointments, which seemed excessive for my Timex watch. So I went back & was shocked to have them tell me that the battery was good (& showed me it on the tester) and then explained that the watch was loosing time because the mechanism was bad. I asked if they could fix it and was told it was cheaper to replace the watch then fix that part. I'd been a loyal Timex user for 30+ years, & used to have watches that would last at least a decade. But in the last 5 years I've gone through several, constantly loosing time or the bands popping off. After the shop told me the battery was fine and that it was the watch that had the issue (diagnosis was free), I googled whether timex quality has gone down and sure enough I found TONS of reviews saying that Timex watches have doubled or tripled in price but the quality has gone WAY down & are no longer considered reliable. The top recommendations to replace a Timex were Casio or Citizen watches. I looked into both and found that citizen appeared to be much higher quality and came with a 5 year warranty. So I bought one and plan to take it back to this shop tomorrow to have the band resized for me. In this day and age it's not often you find a place that will tell you the truth for free. In doing so this shop made me a loyal customer.”
