“I visited the store specifically seeking patio chairs and a table. Upon arrival, I observed that the store had a single patio chair and one table that were already assembled, along with another table still in its original packaging. I inquired about the possibility of purchasing only the assembled chair and table. My request was granted after the employee consulted with someone else. I found that Jose provided excellent assistance during my visit, a stark contrast to the service I had previously received at the Norwalk location. Consequently, I was very satisfied with the level of assistance I received from the staff at the Long Beach store. Thank you Jose store associate.”

“We came into Ashley Furniture looking to purchase a full living room set and ended up finding a beautiful sectional that we absolutely loved.
We’ve shopped here before and have always been happy with the quality of the furniture, which is one of the reasons we decided to come back. This visit, however, really stood out because of the great experience we had with our sales associate, Mathew.
Mathew was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, gave us the space we needed to make our decision, and made the whole experience comfortable without ever making us feel pressured.
Great customer service can really make a difference when you’re making a larger purchase, and Mathew definitely delivered. We’re very happy with our new sectional and coffee table, we wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserves.
