“Love this place so much! Whenever I'm in the neighborhood, I ALWAYS have to pass by to see what new items the boutique has! The owner is SO SWEET, the items are TIMELESS, and truly as the name goes, you'll make a collection off of all the items this store has. Most of my jewelry is from here, I've bought so many gifts for friends from here, and I always always always go here first before any store to see what I could buy for myself or others.”

“Really nice vintage shop. Super friendly alot of jewelry and collectable items. Leslie is the owner and is in the shop, so you know you will get good service. I recommend calling first. We were super thrilled with our purchase.”

“The guy at the checkout was pretty nice. The items in the store are pretty well priced. Some CDs were hard to find and were cheaper than you would find at other specialty stores. A brand new cd was 5 dollars and on Amazon it is 19.91.”

“Used books and collectibles here. I found one of my most prized books here. An Aorcraft yearbook for 1929. I also bought a 1958 owners glovebox manual for a Corvette. A great place to shop and there is a large antique mall next door.”

“I saw a sandwich set on their Instagram that I knew would be the perfect Christmas present. Calling the store and making the purchase was straightforward and simple. Gift arrived in time for Christmas and was really well packaged. Thank you so much!”

“The problem with this place is that you'll want a bigger house to fill it with all the cool stuff they have for sale. It's a chill atmosphere where you can take your time to explore and look for that item you didn't know you needed or the one you've been seeking out for years. It's absolutely worth visiting.”

“This store is located inside an antique mall. You have to meander through the stalls to find the record shop but ots well worth the effort. Fantastic selection and rare stuff. Fair prices.”

“I don't know why I have not shopped here more often. This is probably the cleanest thrift store I've personally ever been in, right down to the fact that it doesn't even "smell" like a thrift store. They do not accept clothes that smell, and they may wash garments before putting them on the rack. Sure enough, all of my new-to-me blouses smell like they've been laundered. And, of course, great prices for lightly used clothing--much of it name-brand. Also, the staff is the BEST! Super friendly, and they will ask you if you need any help. Indeed, all the staff were engaged in conversations with customers and they all looked happy to be there. When I happened to mention to one of them that I was shopping for clothes for a new job, she was curious enough to ask me where, and we had a nice chat. I'm not much of a shopper but I will make sure to go back to the Assistance League whenever I need more clothing.”

“The best furniture. You want it, they got it! Authentic wood, fabrics, etc. They even have select wall art and some high-end accessories to display. The staff is helpful, friendly, available, and knowledgeable. Great experience and prices!!”

“great black-owned cultural hotspot where you can bring home both a rare book and a vintage tee from the same trip. owned by long beach natives with a keen eye for curation and community, you'll feel justified in shopping with play nice lbc. they also offer screenprinting services upon request (for the more entrepreneurially inclined among us), but for now, i'm satisfied with supporting a young business thru direct sales. parking is a slight challenge depending on the day, but you'll be glad you stopped by once you secure a spot!”

“Cute little charity thrift store run by volunteers. I have always found great brands and a great variety. Items are very reasonably priced. Ask about shopper club...spend a certain amount to earn a discount or credit.”

“This place is a gem of shop in Long Beach, and a must visit for anything from cool/vintage wear, to one-of-a-kind gifts for just about anybody. Candles, books, awesome clothes that are truly a find! Prices are super reasonable and they always have cool music playing in the store. Have also been there for events in the past with live music and food & drinks. Long Beach needs more places like this. When it comes to Bixby Knolls, this place is certainly the pearl of the quarter!”

“A truly mesmerizing stop on 4th street! The deeper into the store you go the more whimsical it feels. I also met Koy, who was making shoes! I will definitely be returning”

“What is going on! Amivet on South Street in Long beach, the Prices are sky high, an item is triple the price. What was $1.95 is now $3.95. NO LONGER any $,95 items. No longer the loyalty program , seniors now get a 10% discount rather than 20%. Only 1(one) color give you 50% off and there only about 10 items to choose from. Why are they asking for change donations when ALL the items were donated in the first place? Its cheaper at the $ dollar store.”

“There was a great selection of Vintage finds here. I really liked one jacket in particular but it fitted to small. The owner was really nice and willing to help. The items were priced very reasonably. All the items appeared to be clean and nice even though they were vintage. Much better than going to a crossroads store.”

“This was such a cool shop! We stopped by this strip of stores to explore for a bit and Sneaky Tiki was filled with hidden gems. It's the type of store you can spend hours in browsing and learning about the history of different tiki designs. We browsed for a while and it can be overwhelming, especially if you're looking for a certain size or design. It's definitely more fun (for me) when you're enjoying everything and don't necessarily have a goal item. I did find a couple shirts I thought were so cool, but weren't in my size. On top of a huge selection of various shirts, they have more authentic and vintage tiki attire that is very cool to see but will also be pricier. If you're in for a treasure hunt, or looking to find some gifts for people this is a really cool spot.”

“They have wonderful service, the lady who's the owner of the business is always helpful and trying her best to make the visit very comfortable. I have always gotten collection vans from here for way cheaper than what they are for, she is also very considerate and helps how she can to pay less and keep nice sales. Very good place for van likers, and for any shoe shopper who wants good savings.”

“Very nice Scandinavian furniture. I have been collecting this type of furniture for fifty years. I found the prices at this shop a little high. He would sell more if his prices came down a bit.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this store. Great vibe, insane selection of vintage tees, rad accessories and smalls, sick boutique items, nice people working… I could go on and on. Anyone hating just doesn’t know about vintage”

“I stopped by today to ask about shoe repairs (since they show up as shoe repair on google), and was greeted so genuinely I was in a great mood just upon entering the shop. I was told they mostly do sneaker repairs and referred me to someone else who could repair my heels for a 3rd of the price they would charge. Five stars for honesty, serving the community, and being very clear on their purpose as a business.Send them an email with a pic of your shoes if you wanna see if they can repair them :)And def check out their sneaker customizations - amazing!”

“My favorite sneaker store to buy hard to find shoes. They always have the size I need. The workers are helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices consistently beat every sneaker resale store at the malls.”

“My wife and I stopped in while walking retro row. Most of the others stores were closed by 6, but we are so glad this store was open. The window displays drew us in, and once inside our eyes were treated to vintage clothing from so many eras. In the back is the men's section too btw. We needed clothes for an 80's party and Eileen really gave us wonderful customer service and helped us find some very cool clothes for a big occasion. I found a really fun marijuana t-shirt too based on the old "reefer madness" type of propaganda. My wife really enjoyed the styles and eras of clothing--she ended up buying a leopard print dress with the necessary 80's shoulder pads! All Eileen's vintage clothes are dry cleaned and pressed, so all the clothes looked great when trying on. Prices were very fair. Eileen thanks so much. You made our night!”
