Came to ATT Lakewood after having issues transferring data ans line from an old phone into a new one. Online help was no good and store where the phone was purchase not helpful either. The rep at this store was knowledgeable, courteous and professio al. I did not have to wait for help and my issue was resolved.

Very fast with helping and friendly! One small irk was they weren't open the following day when I was told to come in to drop off my phone. BUT otherwise great peeps. Set my mom and I up with deals and was very honest. Thank you very much, Denise and the trainee(sorry I didn't get your name)! You guys were amazing!
