“I went to Tmobile store looking for a pin device to remove the sim card to reinstall to a phone they had sent me. I was a bit shocked when the rep said I would have to buy a phone because that's the only way they get them. Or I can go on Amazon to buy a bundle. I left the store a bit disappointed and thought I would try another place. I ran across ESM and proceeded to ask the gentleman at the counter if they had any. Without hesitation he went to the back and brought one out. When I asked him how much, he said nothing. Might be something simple but i was very grateful. He could have told me to bug off and I wouldn't have blamed him. True customer service and if I lived in area or anywhere in vicinity I would 100% give him my business. Those big corporate stores have forgotten what true customer service is and it's very refreshing to know that it still exists with the local small businesses such as EMS. Thank you very much and if I'm in need of repairs and I am in Southern California, you definitely have my business!”

“I just cashed in on AT&T’s new phone trade in deal. I got the iPhone 17 free, only paying tax and buying a new cover. As much as I appreciate and love the fabulous deal, what I really want to acknowledge is the excellent service I received. From the minute, I walked in the door I was noticed, acknowledged, and well taken care of. Neiman the RSC, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. “My phone was repaired quickly and is working great. My only concern is the pricing. i have an iPhone 14 Plus, which was not noted, and as a result, i was charged a little more than I expected. Other than that, the gentleman who came to assist was professional, and very helpful. FYI the charge extra $3 for credit card use.”
