About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental in Long Beach is known for its excellent customer service, described as some of the very best. Customers report it is always a pleasure to rent from this location, praising the team for being patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The staff handles even unusual and last-minute circumstances well, making customers feel treated delicately. Specific employees are noted for their efficiency and going above and beyond, such as helping to switch a drop-off location or returning lost items. The service sets a high standard. Some practical notes mention the downtown Long Beach return location can be somewhat difficult to find, with the entrance to the parking garage not immediately obvious. Once inside, the Avis spots are on the top levels, and access can be an issue if the elevator is out of order. However, the office staff on the main floor are efficient and facilitate a quick return process. Overall, customers find the people great, honest, and the service good with competitive rates.
