“I have never been treated with such sincere, nonjudgemental and politeness as I have been treated at this store! Freddy, Brian, and Marlene all have what I wish there were more of in young people, particularly at stores, a natural respect giving service above and beyond! They never once made me feel I was taking up their time asking questions that seniors would trouble younger people in many cases have that learned instilled into them with electronics at a very young age. They will see later in life, they too will be outdated with something and ask the young for help as I did at their age with a kiosk and first computers. I cannot say enough how they helped and didn't rush me to make a decision for my needs. I will indeed recommend this store to all geriatrics....lololol. I can see it now, a long line of Depends-wearing seniors lining up with walkers, wheelchairs and canes to get excellent customer service here!”

It took a minute to get down to business only because changes had to be made on my end for my account but the person helping me was very patient. After changes were made, things were smooth sailing from there. I’m happy with the service I receive that day. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Not to mention I live a few blocks away from this location so it was very convenient for me.”
“I just purchased an upgrade for my son's phone. Kimberly displayed excellent customer service. The store was busy but she was able to greet and accommodate everyone that walked into the store. She was nice enough to ask if she could ring up a monthly payment from a customer that walked in while we were setting up his new plan. The parking lot gets very busy because it's next to a Liquor store. I will definitely come back to this location if further service is needed. Thank you Kimberly!”

“I accompanied my nephew today to get his phone screen fix today to the All Tech store on tenth street by pacific and what I can say is that the individual was really helpful and knew what he was doing with the cellphone a-lot of good tech knowledge. Really good with customer service, the prices are not all that expensive so if your on a budget I believe this is the place to go. I like the environment in the store I highly recommend this store to anyone that needs a phone fix. And there’s a adorable little cat that is hanging around the store. “When my Galaxy 23 died completely, I panicked. It wouldn't come at all, I think because I wet it with salt water. I bought my phone from Best Buy but the Geeks said they would have to send it to Samsung for repair and it was out of warranty. Then I remembered every time I went to purchase water from Hi-Q, I saw people picking up repaired laptops, iPads cellphones and they all seemed so satisfied with the service.
Memmo the technician did not disappoint! He had to keep my phone for 2 days while waiting for the parts and this part was so scary! Note to self and everyone reading this... memorize phone numbers!!!!!
When I picked up my phone, it was better than new... he put a kind of screen on it that he never gets fingerprints. I used to constantly wipe my phone with a fiber cloth.

“I went to get a new charger for my son. Wire and mount. The lady was nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, the charger didn't work on my phone. It was supposed to be a fast charger, but it wasn't fast at all. I called to inform them of my issue. It was the same lady who helped me earlier. Told me if I was able to go back. I was. She traded the charger out, gave me all new upgraded ones. She tried it there, and this one was charging the phone fast. I appreciate her solving my issue in a timely manner and her politeness. She was great. Thanks again.”

Took several calls to customer service and finally getting to speak with an actual manager to fix the problem. From now on, I'll just stick with the corporate location.”
