“I give Long Beach Collision Center a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. I brought in my 2018 Acura ILX for a damaged front bumper, and it came out looking good as new in a timely manner. From start to finish, the service was truly immaculate. Francisco and the team were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Since this was my first time going through an insurance claim, I really appreciated Luis taking the time to guide me through the entire process. He carefully reviewed the insurance estimate with me, explained the pricing, and even worked directly with the insurance company—which made a huge difference. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. The turnaround time was great, and the quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Long Beach Collision Center without a doubt.”

“Again, Torres Tires saves the day. Woke up this morning to find a shard of some sort lodged in my tire. 🙄 Quick trip to Torres Tires at 8:03 am and they were right on it. Not sure how LB streets got so messy, but this is my go-to spot for plugging this up and getting back on track.”

“Best, most honest mechanic around. I have never felt like they were trying to upsell me or get one over on me. Very upfront, honest, fair, reasonsble, and genuinely want the best for their customers. We moved across town and I still will only bring my cars here.”

“I was referred to Pon about 20 years ago and have trusted him ever since with my vehicles. His pricing is very reasonable and fair .Mechanics can’t always be trusted due to bad business practices if you know what I mean. Never felt this way about Pon, not even once. I had a vehicle that needed major body work and I took it to Pon for an estimate. He saw that my bumper was hanging off of the frame badly and he took the time to have one of his staff bolt my bumper so that it wouldn’t fall off. He did not have to do that and I didn’t ask him to, he just did it on his own will. Pon runs his family business with ethics and integrity.I will always trust my vehicles to him and you should too if you need a trusted mechanic! Tell your family and friends, 🙂”

“Such a sweet man and super accommodating. The fact that he actually answered the phone when I called surprised me because a lot of car places don’t answer. He had me out in about 10 minutes. My 2 kids (both under 2) and myself really appreciated this since it was so hot outside. Everyone should get their smog check done here!”

“Based on stellar reviews and being fed up with overpaying for brake work, I took my car to Kevin at East Long Beach Brake Service. What a great experience… Honest pricing, clear communication, and fast work. He didn’t try to sell me parts I didn’t need and he was extremely professional. Highly recommend you take your car here for brake work.”

“Our Fix Auto experience was outstanding! The entire operation is top notch, very professional and the staff is completely invested in providing the best service possible! The facility is super clean and organized. They arranged our rental car pickup and drop off, which was super convenient! It is a Tesla Certified facility and they took great care of ours, keeping it inside and charged. Our repair was cosmetic, but the work was perfect! The best repair shop I've ever been involved with!”

“My service engine light soon was on and my car had a weird idle I took it in here and Lee told me what the problem was and how I would save a lot of money just going to AutoZone and replacing the part myself didn't even charge me for the diagnosis and in the end I only have to pay $150 at AutoZone and 5 minutes of my own time to fix it. If ever have car problems again I'm definitely coming back here!”

“Had a great experience with Sisco. I had a bent valve in the head that no one wanted to touch on my German car. I ended up deciding to swap my engine out and this shop did a great job. From being flexible with your schedule, to open minded about you bringing your own parts, they let you dictate what you want to do with your car. Quality work from knowledgeable technician at a reasonable price, that's what you want in a shop, nd these guys got it!! Check em out!!”

“Excellent service at Dave’s Tires and Trucks Alignment. Very professional, honest, and fast. They helped me with my truck alignment and it drives perfectly now. They also do chassis inspections and chassis repairs, and you can tell they have a lot of experience with truck work. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and offered fair prices. I definitely recommend this place for tires, alignments, and truck repairs.”

“I had a pretty good experience. There was some miscommunication but we worked through it and my car is running great! They know what their doing and they have great prices! They may not be the best as far as communicating and organization maybe they need a receptionist because they are too busy lol but they know about cars and I'm really happy.”

“I had 2 Quotes given to me before coming to Quality Assured Collision. I was greeted by 2 very kind young ladies, so being a female it made me feel at ease. Maryann kindly came out to look at my car, mind you I had just received 2 quotes an hour before coming to Quality Assured Collision. Maryann advised me this was not bad at all putting me in a peaceful state. She continued to inspect the damage to my car and was not only super honest, but genuine with telling me exactly what she could do to fix my vehicle. I was shocked that she provided transparency right there and then with no hesitation. She SAVED ME AND MY WALLET THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! The other 2 Collision Centers were definitely going to rip me off. I would go back to Quality Assured Collision before ever going anywhere else. I have shared my story with my family, friends, and anyone that lets me share this story of a blessing with. Thank you to Maryann and Quality Assured Collision for your excellent service & honesty! I am a 100% satisfied customer!!”

“My husband was interested in the new Camry and was checking around their website when Tara internet sales reached out to him. He was able to get a quote for the OTD price. We came in with our own financing and we were so pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. They did not try to upsell us at all, and even suggested we sell our current car privately so we'd get more money. Tara and Angel in financing were so helpful and incredibly nice. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a new Toyota.”

“Tried 2 other shops that wouldn’t touch the screw in my tire. The second one recommended I come to Guadalajara and these guy’s recognized to problem before I even put the car in park. The prices are impeccable and I think they just became my new go-to tire shop in LB.”

“The dealership told me I needed all new front and rear brake pads and rotors and quoted me an outrageous price. I took my car to Overseas Garage for a second opinion. The mechanic said I have several thousand more miles on my brakes! And I can wait a couple of months. Also quoted me a much better price. Overseas Garage will be getting my business from now on.”

“Great experience with Luis at Jalisco Mufflers and Performance. He gave me a fair price on my catalytic converter, and since catalytic converters and exhaust work are one of their specialties, he was able to get it done in about 45 minutes on a Saturday. Friendly, honest, good energy, and willing to work with you on price when he can. He also loved my dog Federico, which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend this family-owned business.”

“Got my car repaired through them after an accident. Veronica walked me through the process on how they'll work with the insurance companies since it was a 3 party collision. Informed me on the time frame and the status of my vehicle. It took a while on the insurance companies end but fix auto kept me updated on the situation. Very quick once the approval from insurance went through. Work quality is top notch. When Veronica gave me the keys she explained in detail what they repaired to confirm what was quoted by the insurance. They even cleaned the interior and exterior. I'm blown away by the professionalism and the attention to detail they presented. I highly recommend them for repairs.”

“People like Pete are what makes Long Beach special. My Acura TLX had a transmission leak. Pete was busy that day but squeezed me in. He hoisted my car up and showed me the problem. The underbelly of my transmission was covered in oil. It was impossible to tell where it was coming from without disassembling parts- which would be expensive. Instead he cleaned the car belly and told me to return in 2 weeks and we will check again, then he topped me off w/ fluids. I appreciate Pete showing me what was going on. I offered to pay- but he declined. Pete is a local GEM!”
