“Great spot to drop off small or large UPS packages and ship them. They do USPS as well but not FedEx. They do printing and faxing and have post office boxes. Friendly and fast. Highly recommended fro UPS drop-off or whatever shipping stuff you need like boxes and packaging etc.”

“HaulPay is an excellent choice for brokers at all levels, from new to established. Their rates are unmatched in the industry, but their pricing structure can be a bit overwhelming at first. It takes some time to fully understand their unique approach, but once you do, you'll realize that their pricing is truly unbeatable for brokers.
As a new broker, HaulPay helped us build our credit and establish trust with carriers and other factoring companies. Thanks to their services (and some other strategies), our brokerage went from no credit to a 100 score at Ansonia and a 15 DTP rating.
Their offshore phone support could be improved by empowering the call center agents with better training and more authority to accomplish certain tasks. As it stands, these agents act more like an answering service, which we find very disappointing. That said, we've had much more success with the help of a few of their US-based team members via email and call-back. They are usually able resolve issues within a day or two. This responsiveness offsets the less than ideal phone support experience, for now.
The QuoteFactory integration and weekly networking events are a fantastic bonus, too! (Pro Tip for the weekly networking events: You'll get as much as you give. Ask questions, contribute. You'll be surprised how much you learn.)
If you're a new broker, I highly recommend giving HaulPay a try. Just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve to fully understand their pricing structure and, for now, when you have issues, I suggest trying to obtain help with their US-based team.”

I am not elderly but 62 and half the electronic stuff I don't know the 1st thing to do but if I had to figure it out I know I could but this young lady name Ronee helped me download and print documents out in color and some without color but hontee that girl was the queen of multitasking while helping me 100%.. I can tell she has a heart to serve the public with dignity respect patience and stlye..she is a wonderful customer service person.. “Had a great recent experience - I had a file on a thumb drive that I discovered had a mysterious formatting problem but I didn't have any way to fix it and, of course, I was in a rush. But staff were incredibly kind and took the time to help me reformat and print my documents and saved me a huge amount of time!”

“I found my package had been shipped to the wrong address (sending location had put the wrong address, probably because mine doesn't show up in the system), and I was so upset since I wasn't able to go home for Christmas and this was my one thing to remind me of my mom. I should've gotten her name, but the lady who answered not only got the carrier to retrieve the package from the wrong location, but also made sure my carrier got the package and delivered it to me. I can't thank my carrier and this angel lady enough. It would've been an extremely depressing Christmas not having anything under my tiny tree, especially from my mom, who is getting older, and who puts so much thought and love into her gifts.”
