“I needed a rental so after signing in I was givin choice of vehicle that I wanted. The vehicle I chose was brought out dirty. It had alot of chips and scratches on the paint as well as some minor damage. The front windows were hard to see out of. So I brought this up to Addison and she fixed the problem she exchanged the this vehicle for another. She made sure the windows were clean and that anyone could see to drive. Addison knows and does her job quickly and efficiently. She is very polite and friendly. I recommend giving Addison a raise on her wages. Addison is an asset to your company.”
“I’ve rented from this location twice and both times through Costco and my experience has been great. They check you in quickly and are pretty efficient getting the cars to people. I appreciate the one on one service going over everything before they turn the keys over, always very friendly. You may wait a few minutes for your car if they are busy, but very reasonable times in my opinion. Return process was just as efficient and friendly.”
“Enterprise was a great choice for me when I needed a car. Excellent choices of vehicles, and very cost efficient. I was able to rent a 2025 BMW for only $35 per day with my auto insurance.

They even picked me up from where I had to drop off my car at the shop and then gave me a ride when I returned the rental. I loved the whole experience and I will be sure to go through them again!”

“I rented a vehicle here while in the area for work after the Sacramento Airport location had no availability. It was a bit of a commute, but the experience here was smooth overall.
The manager was friendly, efficient, and respectful of my time, which I really appreciated. Inventory was limited and they only had two vehicles available, but he still gave me the option to choose between them.
My only suggestion would be to add a key drop box for after hours returns. I needed to get to the airport before they opened, so I ended up leaving the keys in the collision center drop box next door.
Overall, a positive experience with great customer service.”

“I recently rented a truck from this location, a Dodge Ram. I reserved it 2 weeks prior and I had zero issues getting it. The gentleman and the very helpful lady who just started working at this location was very helpful! I believe her name was Kayley. She was very friendly. I felt bad because they were ready to go home at 5pm and it took a little longer to explain some things about the 2025 Ram truck we rented. I read some bad reviews about this location, but I’m here to tell you she is making a difference already! Thank you kind LADY!”
“Saeed saved us, our trip is on. We picked up a Toyota Tacoma from Longmont Colorado at the 1st and main Street LM3 site. They screwed up big time! It took her an hour and a half to find the truck on the lot. It was filthy, and we got pulled over because the trucks tags were expired. We picked up another vehicle in Rocklin, California. Avis helped us out beautifully, thank you Saeed!”
