“I like to order pickup early and get gas after. It's never crowded in the morning which is nice. There's no one lingering around asking for change or gas. The price of regular is probably the lowest around. The pumps are functional and I good working order. Plenty of windshield warsh liquid and the scrubber is in good condition.”

“This review is 5 stars for a recent shopping experience. Fourth of July weekend I was shopping in preparation for a large gathering. I had a flatbed cart overflowing with items and only my 6 year old daughter with me to help. By the end of the shopping trip at the checkout I was feeling super overwhelmed and unsure how I was going to safely get everything out to my car. One of the managers, Julio Espinoza, saw us and offered to help by grabbing another cart to split the items up. He so kindly helped me bring everything out to my car. I literally could not have done it without his help and appreciate it so much. This is the reason why I keep returning to Costco despite how busy it always is.”

“Having no services in Plumas Lake except gas station traveling to shop is a Beeech!!! So the trip to Lincoln is pretty easy. And this safeway is in a very nice location. Very clean and the employees are very helpful. The drive was less than 30 min. Many other services in this shopping center.”
“It's a little far from my house, but it's a very spacious, clean store with a wide selection of products.
I only buy a few items, so having a self-checkout is very helpful.
Sometimes it's fun to talk to the cashier, but in many places the attitude of the cashier is very different between customers who buy only a few items and customers who buy a whole shopping cart, which can be unpleasant. However, here, it's a self-service cashier, so it's stress-free.
So, even though it's a little far from home, I started coming here.”

“Not my go to grocery store but still very convenient location. The staff is friendly and I've never had any issues. The selection of produce is good, but not great. Everything else is well stocked but the variety is lacking but that could be due to the smaller store size. They do have specials from time to time on alcohol so there's a plus.”
“Will always go to Sam’s club over other options. Parking lot always has spots, gas discount is amazing, never too crowded, and scan & go app is super fast! Food court is the best value in Placer, can’t go wrong with lunch combo under $2. Highly recommend, especially if you don’t want to fight with crowds at the other warehouse store.”
“I have had so much trouble with many of the big commercial pharmacies in the area. Exela pharmacy is absolutely amazing. They work with me and my Doctors to find items that work for me and with my rare allergies that is difficult. “The parking lot continues to be questionable to the establishment of CVS and the lack of Wi-Fi is very concerning around that location, but the staff is pretty mightily helpful and terrific use of technology.
The restrooms are getting better with the spacing and soap. It does leave a lot to be desired with the hand drying mechanisms but at least the standard sanitary availability is present.
The workers will vary depending on their training and how much workload they are demanded to carry thtroughout.
Pretty impressive that they can continue to strive for better service as the company is struggling to make profit as they used to.
The environment is favorable to the general area of Rocklin and a chunk of Placer County that needs to access their meds though the store hours does need a deeper look.”
“I've been a Sam's member for years. The store is clean, usually fully stocked. If you can't find something ask, most of the time they will check for you. Terrific bakery, delicious pastry and moist cakes that do not disappoint. Yes you can special order cakes, cupcakes . Fresh sushi ? ? worth just stopping in for that - they are creating the dishes right in front of you. Fresh meats and vegetables. Pharmacy. Gas ⛽️ station. Food court ? we preorder a whole pizza to grab on the way out. Try the 3 meat ? ?. Love that I can use scan and go (not for alcohol though) or pick up. For those times I just don't want to people. Great prices, quality products and most of the time pretty great customer service”

“The Sams Club Pharmacy has repeatedly offered us the best service in the area. Calling in a prescription refill is easy and hassle free. Their refills are very prompt. They even made a great recommendation for a newer generation piece of equipment which we were unaware of that is smaller and easier to use.”
“Shout out to the very busy staff of the the food court. I went on a half hour before closing to pick up pizzas for my kids for dinner. Even with a malfunctioning ice cream machine and usual 466347 customers orders to process, the staff were quick, courteous and even apologetic for supposedly longer wait times. “James from the Tire Center was super helpful. He helped me twice when my Husband's tire blew. He advised me what to do and helped me order the tire we needed. I set up an appointment once we got the tire and a different person was supposed to help us, but didn't provide much help. I had to reschedule an appointment to get my tire put on and luckily, James was there. He squared us away. I am super grateful for him and the dudes that were working today. He has great customer service, he was friendly, informative, and helpful.”

“We use Safeway pharmacy for all our pharmacy needs (which I will admit are not huge needs). I absolutely love the staff there. While I can't name everyone in the pharmacy, Marika (Pharm. D.) and Sue (pharm tech) waited on me today. I walked in for the TDaP and Pneumococcal vaccines, and Marika is as skilled with a needle as any phlebotomist I've ever been to. Found out a year or so ago that pharmacists receive EXTENSIVE training on injections and I can state categorically, as a person with a near pathological fear of needles, that every experience I've had with Safeway pharmacy has been better than any experience I've ever had with a doctor wielding a needle.
As far as filling Rxes, I get text alerts when Rxes are ready, I get Rxes filled very quickly (between my visit to my PCP in Folsom and the 15 minutes it takes me to get out of Dr and drive home), they work closely with my Doctors to make sure I get refills promptly when I need more authorizations, they inform me of generic alternatives if the Dr doesn't write a generic name, they are not just polite but are even fun to work with and we joke around if I initiate it, they have great, convenient hours, and they have even transferred prescriptions to other stores at the drop of a hat, after ensuring said other Safeway has a supply of what we need.
Let me also say this: I have been going to Safeway Pharmacy for well on 8 years after leaving Kaiser 10 years ago. I chose Walgreen's first and I can tell you that I've had numerous conversations with the Walgreen's pharmacy manager, store manage (8230 SARATOGA WAY) and even their corporate offices about their (lack of) service (and staffing), which uniformly stunk like an open sewer. (I'm trying to avoid profanity here. :-) )
I suspect but cannot prove the negative reviews on Google were left by malcontents whose business Safeway would be better off without.”

“I have been coming here for about six months, as it's close by my work and the pharmacies in Auburn can be SLOW, as in an hour wait slow. Like every pharmacy, they love to play games with your medication, essentially holding it hostage, and doing the LEAST to save the patient money. They refused to accept GoodRx because "the manager decided not to" and when l had to ask for my prescription to be transferred, then they magically changed their mind. They were more than happy to fill it through my insurance, which would have been 125 more for me out of pocket. Going to the pharmacy shouldn't give me anxiety. Thankfully l had some nice employees help out so l could get my medication at the best price for me, not for Rite Aid. So l guess it's going to be a gamble going forward, depending on who's working. Thank you to the pharmacist and tech who helped me, l appreciate you so much.”
“I was very pleased with my first visit to this CVS. They provided a motorized cart for the disabled. During my shopping I needed assistance to reach a product and asked for help. The clerk who helped me did so without hesitation. Upon checking out the cashier asked me if I needed help at my car. She followed me out and loaded my car. She was very kind and accommodating throughout the process. Definitely will be back. Handicap friendly!”

“I have been coming to this CVS Pharmacy for over 20 years. I feel like it’s my neighborhood pharmacy because they always treat me professionally and with the upmost respect. I’m not always the easiest customer and sometimes I can be a little harsh, but they always seem to turn my phone into a smile especially today after getting a flu shot and a pneumonia vaccine. The tech that did my vaccinations today was amazing and she was able to properly administer the vaccines in less than a minute without rushing me. I refuse to go to any other pharmacy. This is how much I like by Granite Bay CVS.”
