(BIG thank you) Shortly after, I stopped by to look for her (no appt) and I am lucky, she is available. She explained to me everything and finished the acct opening process for me in less than 10 mins. This is my 1st time to walk into this branch, totally happy. Sohrab normally worked at the Los Altos Downtown branch, for that day, he was at the Mt View branch.
