“Outstanding branch. I visited 3 times last week to take care of issues with my late mother's estate. Everyone who I worked with (Ain, Leena, Wendy and Zahra) are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Leena, the branch manager, jumped in to help when the issues were a bit complicated. She also personally helped me when Ain was busy with another customer. Based upon the great customer service by the entire staff, this branch is very well managed.

Update (12/8/2024): On Friday, I visited a 4th time to complete the issues with my mother's estate (after back office reviews completed). This time I worked with Wendy and Leena again, but also Diane, the only member of the team I had not worked with. LIke her co-workers, Diane was also very friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this branch.”

“Whenever I needed to go into a bank to take care of some business I always feel it's a big chore and stressful. Either there's a long wait or someone is going to push me into new products, etc. However, this branch totally changed my impression of physical retail banking! Here are the 2 very positive things I've observed: 1. Customer service excellence - regardless of your net worth to them I'm by no means any "premium" or "high-value" customer at this bank, in fact quite the opposite. So I was pleasantly surprised that they don't treat customers differently based on that. The relationship banker and the branch manager were super friendly and helpful to us. Even though what I wanted to do is quite time consuming for them, they helped us get it done with a great attitude. Their service to us beats many other banks that focuses on high net worth customers. 2. Great team work / people management There were a few times where the relationship banker who was helping us had some trouble with the computer system (since she's new the bank), the branch manager jumped in and help resolve the issue with a great attitude towards us and her own team. She took time to personally helped us to expedite the process and gave us a ton of confidence that it's a well managed branch. As a customer, it's important for me to observe that the employees are working well together as a team, which usually translates into efficient and friendly service. Lastly - the physical branch itself is very accessible. Lots of parking spaces, recently remodeled so it looks very new and clean, situated in a safe location. This will absolutely be my preferred branch going forward.”
