it! After making an appointment with Patrick he helped me today. He was very informative, helpful, and friendly and told me what time to expect the alignment would be done. He was honest describing that there is only one mechanic on Tuesdays so it would take longer than usual. He called me sooner than expected to say the work was done. He thoroughly explained the sheet detailing each tire as to what it was originally and what it is after the work was done and showed me that each was in the acceptable range. “Worked with few mechanics over past 35 years. Mostly paid extra and went to original car dealers and later worked with a repair shop in Palo Alto which was awesome but unfortunately shut down when the owner decided to retire. After a few experiments went to Allied ( who actually is the closest to where I live. They are awesome. Our two BMWs and my Porsche are in great hands!!”
