“Peter at Dean's has been our mechanic for a long time. He has always been fair, honest and kind. I had tried other mechanics in the peninsula area before Dean's and found that Dean's was the best in the area. One of the biggest jobs he did for us was replacing a head gasket. Highly recommended. Peter has always done an excellent job for us and we are very grateful to him.”
“Don’t believe the petty 1 star reviews. It is not these guys’ fault that because they are so good this place is always crowded. Honest, friendly, did I say honest mechanics?. I keep coming back because these guys will not recommend unnecessary repairs, will tell me when something doesn’t need to be done, and will be honest about what does need to be taken care of right away. They have saved me so much money already. I have come here twice already because my car dealer has recommended work than my car does not need and these guys have confirmed that, didn’t charge me for the check up, and were very understanding .CARLOS specifically has been very helpful to us. Always honest always willing to help, willing to check our cars and be honest about what needs to be done or does not need to be done. Is it cheap? NO. We live in the Silicon Valley after all. Do they try to charge a reasonable prices ?yes”
“Just got dropped off by AAA when my car broke down on 85. Free Wi-Fi friendly service and they even gave me a complimentary Lyft ride to my office a few miles away. So far so good and I'll report back with more.”
“Rich's Tire Services Open 7 days . They patched a nail hole for me on a Sunday when most of the shops closed. Their service is great with very reasonable price. This is the only tire shop I go for patching nail holes.”

“This place is great! I’ve taken my Nissan Sentra here many times and always get quick, reliable service at a super reasonable price, even as a walk-in. The guys here are honest and trustworthy; they won’t tell you to get a service or part you don’t need. A bit of a drive coming from East SJ, but completely worth it for the quality service.”
“I really enjoyed the ease of getting my oil change done due to friendly, prompt service, chatting with other customers in the comfortable waiting room, and the straight forward billing and easy parking.”

“Great alternative to the dealer's shop.
For our EV, our local dealer's service shop had a 3 month wait for an appointment and wanted to charge us double compared to what Stress Free quoted and Stress Free got us in within a week. Definitely check them out for any out of warranty car service.”
