“Absolutely astounded. 120 Doberman I dog sit is NOT a fan of water. Staff gave me all the time in the world. I waited for him to calm down. About 30 minutes in, one of the staff, Sophia, came in and helped calm him down and he was all washed up just ten minutes later with no fuss. Great place.”
“We absolutely love this pet store. The staff are so nice and friendly. Their prices are really good for what we need. My daughter has a hamster and the bedding we get is literally half the price that we would pay at a big pet store. They aren't the biggest, but they have a wonderful selection for all types of pets.”
“We frequent this store to use the self serve dog wash. You purchase tokens that you then put in the dog wash to start the water and air. Wish the machines just took credit cards instead of having to remember to bring the token pouch.Treats are pretty expensive here even with the big 3 get one free.They don't carry big brand labels, only grain free, raw and/or alternative diets.”

I love that PFE cares so much about the quality and sourcing of its products. I learn so much from the team every time I go. “This location is smaller than the Campbell location, but has the same great customer service and friendly, very helpful staff found at every P.F.E. I've been to. Additionally, we've been taking our dogs to use the self serve dog bath stations here for years. The staff here have always been very helpful whenever we needed assistance with the baths, towels, and when we needed to find certain treats or other dog products.Pet Food Express routinely has the best quality food products for our picky, very well cared for German Shepherd (and previously our collie as well). We always come here for the Rawbble.”
“The store's aesthetic was sooo cute! We purchased a bunch of velvet harnesses/collars/leashes! Kota, in the pictures, is about 70 lbs, and the size XL fit him for the collar! I love how they have matching fits you can purchase for you and your pup, however I wish they had more clothes for bigger dogs. I didn't really see any.”

“Great local pet food store with pet bathing facilities. Lorie R. Helped me find the right food for my aging Min Pin. She was knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions.They have a wide variety of pet foods and pet toys, accessories and beds. There is plenty of parking. The store is clean and fun to explore all the goodies.There is also a freezer with fresh pet food.Ask for Lori and I'm sure you'll get awesome service.”

“Not sure why the negative reviews, but I have cats and dogs, so am a regular, and every single one of visit has been positive, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the care of the pets and suggest products that are beneficial for my pets, the store is always clean, the pets areas are always been attended to as well! They now an adoption center within the store at the very back, and it's amazing that people can get to adopt these sweet pets!”

I went in looking for a heat lamp and found it easily, where other brand stores didn't have that product in that I needed at all. Parking is plentiful and easily accessible. Alex, who is relatively new to the team, went above and beyond to assist me with my kitten supplies. His firsthand knowledge as a kitten owner was invaluable. Additionally, the store manager, Mark, was friendly and introduced me to Petco's grooming services, which saved me the hassle of searching elsewhere. Overall, the staff's expertise and friendliness made my shopping experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning for more pet supplies!”
“I called this location thirty minutes before closing. The girl who answered my call was very sweet and patient with me. I asked for a stock check After she went to find the item I was asking about she offered to put them on hold for me. I expressed I would cut it close to closing and she didn't even express concern. She even gave me a discount to what their website was offering. Bonus: she spelled my name currently and didn't even ask! She had them ready and waiting for when I walked in the door like this! “I love Waggin Tails! The experience here definitely made my dogs tail wag for his birthday.I called the morning before my puppy's first birthday inquiring on a cake or dog birthday treats, and I came in after work and the delivery of cakes came in- perfect timing.The lady who helped me greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was shopping for my dog's birthday and she remembered me from the phone.She was super friendly and let me browse through all the cakes till i found what I wanted. I then took a browse throughout the store for gifts. The store is small, but organized. Upon checking out, she mentioned that she would put together a birthday bag for my dog, and the gentleman working there put it together. I was stunned with all the goodies they gave me. Toys and treats to add to my puppy's birthday, as well as a coupon for future purchases.My pup will be so happy, and they made me happy that I could give so much for my puppy's first birthday.DEFINITELY recommend coming here. The staff are helpful and kind.”
