“Very wonderful staff!Unfortunately, we could only get cold water and frigid air at the wash station, and our dog, Rin was not happy. Upper management needs to update the self pet-wash system! Staff were so nice, and helpful even though we were frustrated with the cold water. We will definitely go back for shopping, just not for baths.”

They also spoil my dog with occasional treats which we both appreciate. It’s nice to have access to their restroom and a water fountain for my dog during our visits. “I take my 5 doggies here to get bathe every time. I also buy some of their food here also, they have great quality of food and toys for my doggies. I like that they keep their dog wash station very neat and clean. I would like yo add that they need to service their blow dryer because it needs to come out hot air instead of cold, and some of the spray gun leak when you have it shut off. Other than that this place is nice. And doggies love it!”

“I love Waggin Tails! The experience here definitely made my dogs tail wag for his birthday.I called the morning before my puppy's first birthday inquiring on a cake or dog birthday treats, and I came in after work and the delivery of cakes came in- perfect timing.The lady who helped me greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was shopping for my dog's birthday and she remembered me from the phone.She was super friendly and let me browse through all the cakes till i found what I wanted. I then took a browse throughout the store for gifts. The store is small, but organized. Upon checking out, she mentioned that she would put together a birthday bag for my dog, and the gentleman working there put it together. I was stunned with all the goodies they gave me. Toys and treats to add to my puppy's birthday, as well as a coupon for future purchases.My pup will be so happy, and they made me happy that I could give so much for my puppy's first birthday.DEFINITELY recommend coming here. The staff are helpful and kind.”

“This location is smaller than the Campbell location, but has the same great customer service and friendly, very helpful staff found at every P.F.E. I've been to. Additionally, we've been taking our dogs to use the self serve dog bath stations here for years. The staff here have always been very helpful whenever we needed assistance with the baths, towels, and when we needed to find certain treats or other dog products.Pet Food Express routinely has the best quality food products for our picky, very well cared for German Shepherd (and previously our collie as well). “Cute little shop in Japan town! They have a large and diverse selection of treats you usually do not see anywhere else! Different small brands and unique proteins! Lots of cute food themed toys! Cute p*** bag holders! They have gotten a lot of new stock these days, so much to look at. They still have my dog's pictures up after many years The girls working are sweet and greet you as you come in. My dog won a Kong during their egg hunt! She is happy! Uses it everyday”

“Clean and pleasant looking store. It's small, sadly none to very little options for kitten for food. Went to get specific brand kitten food but don't have any. I did get some freeze dried chicken that's okay with kitten, just it's not specialized kitten food. I looked through meal, treats, canned food, 99.9% don't explicitly mention it's for kitten, and I don't have time to read through the fine prints. Staff are nice pointed out freeze dried food that's okay for kitten for me. He's 3 months old now, I will go back to get adult cat food once it's time, I like the adult cat food options there. otherwise, convenient location for other random things for the kitten for now.”

“We love Trim, and our dog loves it even more. They are super friendly, you can see how much they enjoy what they do. Our dog, Frankie, didn’t like going to grooming before, but when we discovered Trim, he totally enjoyed it, and doesn’t fight to go inside, he actually enters the shop so happy!! “The store's aesthetic was sooo cute! We purchased a bunch of velvet harnesses/collars/leashes! Kota, in the pictures, is about 70 lbs, and the size XL fit him for the collar! I love how they have matching fits you can purchase for you and your pup, however I wish they had more clothes for bigger dogs. I didn't really see any.”

“I got my chihuahua mix in 2011 when it was downtown. My dog is kind of a finicky eater and I finally got her to eat fresh pet in the rolls but every where else they are all sold out. A really nice Lady took my name and number and ordered some for me. She said they will call me on Thursday. Perfect because I just have enough food to last. They will let me order every week or month now so I will never run out and I don’t have to pay the high delivery fee I was paying. They are soNice at Andy’s she gave my dog a treat while we were talking”

“Definitely will cost you to come here, but how can you resist the cute things they have? They are 1 of 2 stores that sell dog cakes/treats and the other was closed on Mondays so I wasn't left with any other choices. I was grateful they waited for me a few minutes after closing. I made it quick and just grabbed a few things. I then made the mistake to ask if anything had peanut butter because my pup is allergic. Too bad for me, had to refund the cake and get something else for my Luna girl. They were accommodating but didn't say much. I am glad places like this exist! From collars to sports clothing, you can spend a lot of time in here browsing.”

“I like this place because it's cozy and peaceful. It's a bit far from where I live, but I don't mind driving there when I visit LG. The fish selection is decent and the store is not crowded like other Petco's. It feels more like a local shop than a big chain. “Chick n Bees is our go-to place for chicken supplies now. Melody goes out of her way to make sure your chicken experience is as positive as possible. She is very knowledgeable and shares a wealth of resources that she has. She's generous with her time and even let me bring in a sick chicken so that she could advise me on what to do when no vets were open. Her instincts were very accurate and I'm forever grateful for her kind treatment of our sick bird.”

I was just a little disappointed to find a dog gate that I had seen online wasn't available in the store. The customer rep tried to locate the item online but it wasn't available but she helped locate online another Item I needed. I like the products I found through Petco and had a pleasant experience thanks to the employee that helped me.”
