In contrast, another customer had a disappointing experience at a different location, where they were made to wait for hours and treated rudely. Always courteous and professional staff. The only thing to improve is the cleanliness of the facility. It’s a bit rundown, as most post offices, but a bit of floor and window cleaning would do wonders.

I just wanted to say thank you to the postman in Los Altos Hills, Jeff, who has been such a key member of the community here for years. He goes out of his way to bring treats to dogs and to do the best job he can. It feels like living in a time in America when everyone knew the postman!

I have never written a review for a post office, but I had a passport appointment this morning and Tony absolutely made my day. He saw me 10min early, made the whole experience so pleasant and was cracking jokes along the way. I left in such a good mood!
