“Before getting a PO Box I read reviews for Mtn. View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino and Los Altos. I've dealt with Mtn. View before. They're weird and they suck. Sunnyvale keeps tearing down their USPS places. Cupertino review was fair but Los Altos had the best review and when I went the lady couldn't have been nicer. She took care of business and I was out of there in 5 minutes.”

“I've been using the downtown Los Altos UPS services for few years now and to be honest I was surprised to see such low ratings for this place. I had good experience with both Jennifer and Violeta (store manager). The one time I had an issue that was in Violeta's authority to correct, she went an extra mile to resolve it. Overall I had really good experience on multiple occasions with this location. Thank you for your good service.”
