“Both Franz and Michael are so knowledgeable in what they do and are always friendly and quick with repairs!! They will tell you honestly if it is something that can be fixed or if it's perhaps beyond repair, which is very rare because they really know their watches and clocks! So happy to have this great shop in town!”

“Went in with my family. Gary the store manager was very patient and showed my wife and I several JLC watches. We also looked at other watch brands like Omega (for my son) and discussed jewelry manufacturers like JB star and Kwiat the store offers. We have an anniversary coming up. Although we didn't buy anything today I will be returning to the store for future purchases.”

“Top tier service! Vanessa was amazing, helpful, and friendly. She was accommodating with all the items we tried in and wanted to see. We didn't feel rushed at all. I won't lie, it was my first time in Cartier and I was a little intimidated and nervous but we were greeted with a huge warm smile from Vanessa. She offered us drinks as soon as we walked in, I had champagne and my friend had sparkling water. She wasn't pushy about anything and just let us enjoy our time. The selection this location has was vast. The store is very well maintained and smells great when you walk in. All the staff was friendly. Vanessa even made us matching friendship bracelets! We were the only ones in there so we got all the attention. Such a great day!”
