The AT&T Store provides friendly and helpful service with a focus on customer needs. Staff members such as Moe and Eddie quickly and efficiently solved phone display problems within minutes, demonstrating their knowledge and professionalism. A very honest employee showed great integrity by not selling a SIM card that wouldn’t work, saving the customer from potential headaches. Manny and Brandon are recognized for their caring and professional attitude, always going the extra mile to assist. Overall, the store offers great customer service, with staff members who are dedicated to helping customers and making their experience positive.

Shame on at&t for allowing the good man Royce to work the store all by himself - in downtown LA nonetheless - he handled it wonderfully stayed calm and was super polite to all guests - he either deserves a large raise or get some assistance- this is unfair to him but he is a stellar employee
