I always ask for Valentine any time I go in with my Audi. He asks the right questions and answers mine, makes sure that all of my scheduled maintenance is done in time, and is very thorough in everything he does. He’s very attentive and I know I’ll never have a problem if Valentine is there to help. Thank you!
