“I had the occasion today to visit this branch as I did not care for the lack of courtesy that I got from my normal local Burbank branch. Straight away I was greeted with 23 ounces of respect and courtesy via a sincere how may I help you today? From this branch manager to his agents whom listened to my needs and took action to give me an update via a foreign collections matter. I left with a smile on my face knowing that they will follow through:) Easy to find parking, pleasant staff and again I was treated with a degree of courtesy which one would hope to get from their bank and where they've done business and or held an account for as long as Ive been working in the television and film industry. Looking back this same branch gave me my first loan way back when I was a runner for Epic and Vision Films in the 90s. Thus I have but good things to say and good thoughts to think of this branch and the sincere service they provide.”

“Well deserved 5 stars. The tellers are friendly, parking is easy, bankers know their job, managers are professional and efficient. I usually deal with Ryan Ford, an exceptional banker; I try to make him aware of my issues so that when I come in everything is prepared. I have been to other banks where I have had to wait 3 hours while the banker talked to one department after another. Ryan, when possible, does the prep work so that my appointment is quick and easy. If you have a choice, go to this Chase branch on Manchester and ask for Ryan.”
