“I love F&A. My parents opened my account since I was born and I have been with them for over 40 years. They are quick to answer calls. Currently I have my mortgage, savings, checking, credit card and IRA through them. Everything is always quick. Even though I have moved over 3 hours away from the branch I do not switch due to the best rates and service. Everything I do is online or over the phone with them and I have not had any issues. I have banked with two other banks as well but F&A has definitely been the best.”
“Grandpa’s things are all in CITIC’s safeI asked why it was from Taiwan and not from the United States.They said that grandpa didn’t have much money and his English was not good, and the service attitude of foreigners must be so friendly.My uncle said that all the service staff here would greet grandpa.As soon as I came in, the service staff immediately said, Hey, you are my sister (my mother), where is your father? Why didn't he come today?After the service staff knew the reason, they were also very emotional...I am really grateful to the service staff here for being so nice to my grandpa. Thank you to them. “Have been taking my mom to this branch in the last couple years. It's always busy at this location, especially crazy at the beginning of the month. But we still like to come back here. People always complain there is a long line long waiting, but would you be like your transactions to be taking care of and done right at the first time! The bank staffs are pretty nice and always be patience with us, treat us like family. Didn't know that EW already have Zelle and my mom was able to set up her mobile banking and Zelle with the help of the lady at teller line.”
“Though this is not my neighborhood branch, my experience with this Cathay Bank has been positive. My previous bank had transferred my account to Cathay, and during the initial phase, I was worried that getting adjusted to a new bank would be challenging or filled with unintentional mishaps. However, when I entered the branch, getting account information and setting up my ATM card were very simple.I had some additional banking questions that were answered promptly, and I did not have a long line to cope with while I waited. Overall, I thought the service was professional, efficient, and helpful in meeting my banking needs!”

“5* experience at this branch because of Adam, one of the personal bankers! I had an issue with my accounts and card, and what the Chase customer service line told me needed 2-7 business days to do, Adam was able to sort out within 30 mins without an appointment. He even followed up with me a few hours via phone call to confirm everything was back to normal. He was very understanding, polite, and efficient. I hope management can recognize Adam. Overall at this branch, there is plenty of parking and the branch is very clean, I never had to wait long for ATM either. The only potential issues is that the branch is small - they often only have 1 banker working at a time, so it may be difficult to get an appointment.”
“I do not bank with WF, yet I come here on a monthly basis to cash WF checks. All of the staff is super-welcoming and helpful. Apparently you need two forms of ID to cash a check if you are not a WF customer. So I show my two forms of ID and after an account verification of available funds and a signature and thumbprint, I am given my cash. Tellers and greeting bank employees have always been friendly to me. During the week, the line to see a teller is not bad and I always find parking in their adjacent lot. I just try to stay away from the spaces closest to the ATM Drive Thru line.”
“This bank is very friendly to new immigrants. There are many people asking for inquiries and opening accounts. The staff are often busy but still serve patiently. On the contrary, sometimes customers become irritated when they wait for a long time.It is also recommended that if the bank has questions about the address of your rental contract, you may try to find another branch.”

“Who knew that you can actually get personal service at a bank? I've been a customer at another bank for decades but wanted to take advantage of a promo Chase was having and set a a kids account. Michael was very accommodating and helpful and got me set up with an account and the app. He walked me through deposits via phone and was very service oriented. I went to this branch after the new Montebello branch was "too busy" to meet with me. I recommend.”

“I went to the BofA near Ralph's to ask about an offer that BofA sent me in the mail. The offer was 0% interest for a year on balance transfers. I know it's simple but I wanted some clarification on it. I was fortunate enough to have the banker named Betty to help me out. Not only did she clarify any questions or concerns I had but she also presented me with another offer which actually was a better fit for what I needed. So I accepted the offer Betty gave me and did my balance transfer on the better option she gave me. I am very happy with the help Betty gave me. From this point out if I have some banking matters at BofA I plan on having my matters taken care of by Betty. I have dealt with other bankers at that BofA and they were very good too so don't get me wrong, they have a really good staff there but Betty will be my go to banker when I need help with my banking needs that are not able to be taken care of at the teller window. Also the tellers are very friendly, fast and competent as well. The bank itself is very nice too. Clean, well designed and open architecture.”
