“I love F&A. My parents opened my account since I was born and I have been with them for over 40 years. They are quick to answer calls. Currently I have my mortgage, savings, checking, credit card and IRA through them. Everything is always quick. Even though I have moved over 3 hours away from the branch I do not switch due to the best rates and service. Everything I do is online or over the phone with them and I have not had any issues. I have banked with two other banks as well but F&A has definitely been the best.”

“It was a short a visit. Friendly staff, not busy on a Saturday. Only thing is bring your passport and id card to open account. This is normal for all banks. But this one also requires bring 2 utilities bills with your name. Not normal requirements. Other Cathay branches do not have this rule.”

“I used to really dislike Citi because their mobile banking never worked for me—and I know I’m not alone on that one. Duh ? I only gave it one more shot because of a promotion bonus, but honestly? I’m so glad I did because I met the best banker ever. Her name is Bingxia (I think her last name is Duan) at the Monterey Park branch, and I swear she deserves a “Banker of the Era” trophy ?? She was incredibly patient and went way above and beyond to help me with all my questions—yes, even my least favorite thing: mobile banking. What really stood out was that she didn’t just follow up, she actually followed through, no matter how busy she was. Super helpful, efficient, and you can tell she genuinely cares. I’ve dealt with plenty of mainstream banks, and let’s be real… most bankers stop caring the moment you walk out the door. But with Bingxia, I truly felt taken care of. That level of service is rare. Honestly, I’d follow her to whatever bank she goes to. Highly, highly recommend her! ?✨”

“This Maps marker is referring to the Citibank ATM machine, not the bank itself. The branch has its own marker. Could be a little confusing, listed as Citi. Then that’s on Google. I was reading a review from 6 years ago by Norman Tsang. He gave it 1-star. Really bro? What did the ATM do to you? Upon reading his statement, he complained that the 24 hr notice was misleading. Duh!? Do you really think a bank would be opened 24 hrs. It’s not a 7-11. Get your head checked. And he’s not even clear on the lawsuit complaint part. Screenshot posted for reference.”

“I do not bank with WF, yet I come here on a monthly basis to cash WF checks. All of the staff is super-welcoming and helpful. Apparently you need two forms of ID to cash a check if you are not a WF customer. So I show my two forms of ID and after an account verification of available funds and a signature and thumbprint, I am given my cash. Tellers and greeting bank employees have always been friendly to me. During the week, the line to see a teller is not bad and I always find parking in their adjacent lot. I just try to stay away from the spaces closest to the ATM Drive Thru line.”
