Budget Car Rental

Budget Car Rental, Car Rental
Hours: Budget Car Rental has received mixed reviews from customers. Some users praised the helpfulness and efficiency of staff, highlighting positive experiences with employees like Batra and Ryan, who provided excellent customer service during challenging situations. Customers appreciated quick resolutions to issues, especially when extending rental periods. However, there were significant complaints regarding pricing and vehicle conditions. A customer reported receiving a gas guzzler instead of an economy car, which led to unexpected costs and hidden fees, resulting in a final charge far exceeding the original quote. Another user expressed frustration with being charged for a late return, despite receiving a discount from customer service. The rental process includes a driver's license inspection and offers options like GPS rentals, though some devices may not function properly. The pickup and return locations are noted to be at the outdoor parking lot, and customers should be prepared to navigate using their own devices. Overall, while some enjoyed excellent service, others encountered issues that deterred them from returning.
