Completely fine and normal rental experience here, car I reserved was ready when I arrived. Convenient location for downtown LA hotels.

Booked a car, came to pick it up, no car available. Want to solve a problem, you yourself call another Budget location and see if they have something and take an Uber to go there. Staff not helpful, blaming 3rd party booking services, when we booked directly on the Budget website. Avoid and listen to the reviews.

Great customer service and smooth reservation process. The lady working here was very helpful!
