“Came here with no reservation. Joe (I think that was his name) was helping me with the booking, he patiently waited while I had to figure out my ICBC insurance stuff on the phone. He was extremely patient, professional and friendly! The rental went super smoothly. The car we got was a Toyota Camry that was very clean and great on gas. Return was super simple as well and the price I was quoted from the beginning was the price I paid. My deposit was released quickly as well. Highly, highly recommended and I will definitely use Sakura Rent A Car whenever I'm in LA! Thank you so much!”

“We rented a car in the month of April and our experience was superlative. Primarily, our rental consisted on a Toyota SUV which, due to the lack of it, was upgraded to a BMW X1 without any additional cost. During the whole process we were assisted by Gerrell, who was not only extremely attentive but also very considerate upon all our requests, having to mention also he seemed a very kind person himself. The whole of the staff was really supportive and, although Gerrell conducted most of it, helped to solve our overall doubts and needs. All in all, I would rank this experience a 10, given that we also had no inoconvenients with the car during our 3 week roadtrip.”

“Visiting from Dubai. This location was within walking distance from our hotel and Enterprise has been a favourite for more than 20 years. We rented for two days. We were helped at the counter by Andy and Micalah. Excellent service. There were some delays related to a "key" but eventually everything was sorted out.
On the return ran into an issue- there was a parade in that area of LA which stopped the access to the Enterprise location. Andy was a star- he went over and beyond to help out. Eventually I had to leave for the airport - and my wife returned the car- he was super helpful. Usually my wife doesn't care if I write reviews or not- this one she insisted that I write one specially calling out Andy.

“I wanted to thank Cole at the LAX branch. My personal keys slipped out of my pocket in the rental car, and when I went back to look for them, other employees seemed impatient about helping. Cole, however, was extremely kind and went the extra mile, contacting the lost and found department, speaking with the inspection staff, and helping search for my keys. Although I was only able to find one key and the others are still missing, he was incredibly helpful.”
