“Great service from picking up my rental car to dropping it off! I had to get my car repaired. Enterprise had staff pick me up from the auto body shop I was at to Enterprise to get my rental car. Then, Juan helped me with the car rental transaction and he did a great job going over the details. After I picked up the rental car, I received a follow up text message to reach them for any questions. On day of rental car return, Pang helped me to finalize the rental car return and he was quick and efficient. It's very helpful, because I happened to have a jam schedule on Saturday. I appreciate the company transports the customer with a SUV, because I don't like to sit in tight spaces with 3 bags next to my feet lol!! There were couple options of the rental car, and I chose Kia Forte. It was a quick process to check in and out, and the car was very clean! Remember to check the tire tho, because it's not covered by the rental insurance ($15 a days plus something else for $24 total). One of my tire was a bit low, so just to be safe I added air at a gas station. Budget can add air for you too! Good option if you need a rental car for whatever reason (^^)”
