Design MIX Furniture & Gallery is an exciting premier designer resource based in Los Angeles for the past 22 years. MIX directly imports of one of a kind unique found objects and furniture from around the world and produces a wide range of custom lighting, furniture and accessories. The creator and designer Alyssa Ashton Shah is an experienced art collector and has been creating a huge range of custom design, as well as sourcing a wide range of specialty and eclectic accessories, architectural elements, lighting, stone, art, textiles, ethnic objects, and industrial pieces since 1997.

Meh. Just meh all around. Staff = blah. Craftsmanship on most items = sloppy. Just meh. If you're not choosy about home design, go for it. Otherwise, there are SO MANY better places in Los Angeles.

A great place to buy gifts for your hipster friends. It's a little pricey, so hopefully you have a better paying job they than do. The artwork in the gallery space spans a pretty large range of prices. The person doing the selecting here has definitely got a good eye.
