“I was excited to visit Sofa Club after reading all the glowing reviews. I really wanted to love this store because I also love supporting small businesses, but I walked away conflicted.
First, the positive are worth mentioning: the customization options are great. They offer a huge selection of fabrics and sofa styles, and the turnaround time is impressively fast. The quality appears excellent, and I imagine the pricing is quite competitive compared to other custom furniture options.
However, I didn't realize going in that customized sofas would naturally cost more than ones from big box stores even if it's wholesale price. I'll admit that this is due to my own ignorance. What bothered me was that I felt a lot of pressure from the owners to move forward with a purchase anyways even after explaining it was out of my budget. It was pretty uncomfortable.
I think if you're looking for the sofa of your dreams, and you have a fair budget for that, then Sofa Club is a great place to visit.”

“I wanted to take some time to acknowledge Mattress Central for the amazing mattress shopping experience provided. I initially went to Mattress Central to check out the Wink Bed as I saw they on the Wink Bed website that this store had it on display. There, I met with Sev. Immediately, I was amazed by the selection of mattresses, including Tempur Pedic, Helix, Leesa, Airloom, Beauty Rest, and Saatva. I wish I would have came here sooner instead of driving to different stores to explore the different mattress options. Sev was informative on the different options and not pushy at all. After about two weeks, decided to proceed with buying the Helix Midnight Lux (1) and Helix Midnight Elite (2), as we really enjoyed these and were able to receive better pricing than anywhere else. Beds were delivered promptly and all household members have enjoyed the new mattresses. I highly encourage you to check out Mattress Central, especially for their selection and to compare pricing to other stores. We were able to get exact measurements that we wanted, we were able choose the material and the color. I was against the color white because I was worried it would get dirty and turn yellow. I was wrong. The sofa was easy to clean and didn't even sink in. After couple years has passed, it was time to switch our bed. We decided to come back and get our bed matched exactly like our sofa. “I'm not the gardener in the family - but my partner, who is, absolutely loved this place.
It's very aesthetically pleasing. Everything is arranged just so, with pink and green paint on the walls, and little displayed tucked away here and there.
You'd never know from the front door, but this place is deep, too. Many, many rooms, plus an outdoor area with bigger plants!
They also have some little non-plant Easter eggs, like a jukebox and pinball machine. It's just very cozy, very friendly, and a nice place to chill and get a couple houseplants!”
“We just furnished most of our new home from here. The store has two sections, a Modern and Mid-Century Modern section. Quality ranges from very good to outstanding. It can get expensive but much cheaper than many other stores that have these styles of furniture. We purchased our furniture over the course of several purchases and every time we went in the store, there was a sale rotating amongst different pieces, so it may be worth waiting for something you like to go on sale. They also offer 0% financing. We got a promo for 24 months, so they make it easy to afford whatever like.”

“Having had a sleep number bed, with adjustable bases, in our house, we were surprised to find AxelBloom beds for our Motor home. I reached out to Yong to see about ordering a set for our RV and he was very nice and helpful in giving us suggestions on a set up for us to order.We ordered our beds and within about 2 weeks, Yong let us know that they would be shipping the bed out and we should see it in about a week. Everything arrived as you can see in the picture. When unpacking the bed, everything was packed well and you can tell that they take extra caution in packaging their product. When we unpacked the second box, the one at the bottom, we discovered that the shipping company damaged part of the bed with what appears to be a fork lift. I talked with Yong and he was able to help me out with the issue.We got everything installed and everything had been good. My wife was enjoying having an adjustable bed again as she likes to sleep with her head up. The beds are comfortable and we have been happy with the purchase. We did have an issue with a motor, but it wasn’t anything with Yong and AxelBloom. When I installed the bed, I planned ahead to make sure I had some room in between the bed side stopper and our side table. It appears I didn’t leave enough room as there is just enough play in the frame that one night my wife somehow must have had something press on the remote and eventually ended up messing up the motor when the bed side stopper got caught under the side table. This prevented the motor stop from triggering and caused the issue with the motor. I reached out to Yong and once again, he was polite and helpful in finding a solution for us to get the motor replaced and working again.If we ever need to purchase another bed, we would definitely reach back out to Yong and AxelBloom. I will also make sure I share the experience I have had and the fact that the beds are everything they state they are to whomever I can.Thank you Yong and your team.”
