It’s honestly so annoying to call the melrose location and get transferred to another line that tells you you have to send a text message or email when you’re just trying to see if there’s an item in stock so you can try it on before purchasing. Love Ref so much, but that’s really frustrating.

Love shopping at Reformation! The dressing rooms are so nice. So many dresses to choose from, but the employees are so helpful. The store is lovely and my entire shopping experience was truly magical.
