Rite Aid is a hidden gem of a pharmacy. The staff is always nice, picks up the phone quickly, and is happy to help. If a medication is out of stock, they give accurate estimates for when it will be available, and their text alert system is great. For those prescribed certain medications who have faced judgment, refusal, or dishonesty at other pharmacies, this location is different. Over years, the pharmacists and staff here have consistently treated customers with professionalism, kindness, and respect, without judgment. They patiently work to apply discount codes to ensure the lowest price. The store also offers a good selection of seasonal items like Halloween keepsakes, decor, and costumes. After getting a flu shot, customers receive a coupon for a free scoop of Thrifty ice cream. While the pharmacy receives high praise, a note mentions an incident where a store employee was playing with a child at the register. Overall, the pharmacists are really helpful, and the employees at the front cash registers are nice and polite.
The employees and the manager up to the security guard that follows you everywhere around the store this place is the worst one on my list I will never shop here and I suggest you don't either

Pharmacy staff except 2 two of them are nice workers. Too much waiting, lack of communication, and sometimes rude. Especially the Philippinos employees are horrible. This store must close.

I when to this location to buy an ice cream around 9:05pm the girl at the register was on her phone and I asked her if someone can help me to get a ice cream and she told me that it was closed but I didn't see any sign where they close the ice cream section it was 10/29/24 at 9:05 pm
