I had a great experience with Wendy! She observed the rates that was provided! Provided follow up and check ups before and after i moved in! She was very helpful and has proceeded to still help me with smal problems i had with the apartment! She is great at what she does

The reviews scared me but my tour with Holly was awesome. I loved the apartment, price, and industrial style. Neighborhood is a little bit on the wild side but thats what you get in DTLA ✌ p.s. it has in unit laundry

I’m really looking forward to moving into Thurman! My experience so far has been great. Leasing consultant, Wendy De La O has been amazing—super friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I can’t wait to settle into my new place.
