Shell is a very busy gas station, often extremely cramped and frustrating to maneuver, especially in the afternoons and evenings. The lot can be a headache to enter and reach a pump. However, it is also described as one of the best and busiest in the area. Customers note it is safe, with very friendly staff, quick and great services. The station is very clean on the inside and outside, with clean restrooms, decent prices for gas and snacks, and fast pumps. It offers a drive-thru car wash, a store selling lotto tickets, and an affordable coffee bar, drinks, and food. Its location is near the freeway and restaurants. While sometimes busy, it provides quality service and convenience.
