I drove from a long distance and their internet was down with no other options on how I could get my bloodwork. The place was also very gross and I am kind of glad that I didn't give my blood there

I experience awful customer service here, and the only reason I continue to come is because of my mother. A little compassion goes a long way, and being treated poorly really bothers me.
