The United States Postal Service at 5472 Crenshaw Blvd provides a range of services, including mail delivery, package handling, and walk-in passport processing. The location is known for its fast and efficient mail delivery, with packages often moving quickly from the station to the home, impressing customers with its reliability. The staff's customer service varies; some customers report friendly and helpful employees, especially in the passport area, where staff members are described as nice, smiling, and efficient, making the process quick and pleasant. However, there are also reports of unhelpful or rude staff members, with at least one customer experiencing attitude and disrespect from a front counter employee. Additionally, the business has faced issues with accessibility, as chains and signs sometimes block the entrance, directing customers elsewhere, which can be inconvenient, especially for elders and those expecting to pick up packages. Overall, the USPS location is appreciated for its quick deliveries and good passport service, though experiences with staff behavior and accessibility can vary. The facility continues to serve as a vital point for mail and package delivery for the local community, managing a large volume of mail and offering essential services.
I hate going to this post office, I see cards on ebay and when I have to ship my cards neelver get scanned until the buyer open a case for never received items then I'm left with a loss, but the one down the street off king and crenshaw has a much better ambiance and my packages always get scanned through

I don't trust my Packages being sent out from there and they only have 1 person working the front when the line has 7 or more people waiting ✋️ and very rude 😒

If only I could give 0 stars. The rudest workers I have ever encountered. No class, no respect for their work or others, just nasty nasty people. They truly represent everything wrong with government. Specifically the woman who works in the passport window. Avoid this place at all costs.
