Bit odd the way that customers are assigned to sales people. And I honestly felt my salesperson wanted to be anywhere else but in the store. And also when I went back to get my phone (long time to transfer data) I couldn't really get anyone to finish helping me.

Julia is an angel on earth. She’s Eastern European so don’t expect the warm and fuzzies and for her to jump into your arms but she will do what she can to help and isn’t lazy like so many others phone provider retail associates.
