Beware. Viesso does not take returns on all products, and don't tell you it's a final sale when you order. They will not take back an over $500 Pappelina rug in perfect condition, which was put back in the packing box within 5 minutes because it isn't what I expected and can't use.

I've had the worst experience with Viesso customer service from beginning to end. Zero follow through, bare minimum communication (if that) and a string of ignored emails. I spent like $12k with this company and they barely give me the time of day. Great products from Greenington, but they didn't make them. Just a reseller.
